The method
- Add -y to the noun, adjusting spelling as needed: plain add (health → healthy), double the final consonant after a short vowel (fun → funny, mud → muddy), drop a silent e (ice → icy, noise → noisy)

- Spelling error when adding -y (e.g. doubling the final consonant)
