What the syllabus expects from you
- well + past participle as a compound descriptive adjective (well-preserved, well-known)
- Pronunciation of final '-ed' (/t/, /d/, /ɪd/) and of 'ch'

- Treating 'well-preserved' as an adverb+verb instead of a compound adjective
