- 6 Passive voice (simple & continuous) to express result Passive = be + past participle; keep tense on 'be', not on the main verb
- 7 Obligation, necessity, prohibition & absence of obligation Test: can I drop the rule without consequence? → needn't/don't have to; is it forbidden? → mustn't
- 8 Word formation — suffixes -y/-ty, opposite-forming prefixes & stress shift Say the word family aloud to feel the stress move (e.g. 'economy → economic')
- 9 Reported speech — reporting statements Back-shift one tense step; swap this/here/now/ago for that/there/then/before
- 10 Production — opinion article State opinion → 2-3 justified points → closing recommendation
- 11 Reference-word resolution & guessing meaning from context (Ethics in Business) Trace each reference word (it/this/that) back to the exact noun/idea it replaces
- 12 Production — policy statement (ethical investments) State the position clearly in the opening line, then justify with 2-3 points
